Common questions
What does "bounded updates" mean?
One update request in the queue at a time. Scope includes text changes, image swaps, contact info updates, and section edits. New pages, redesigns, or new integrations are quoted separately.
What is the 14-day live guarantee?
If your site is not live within 14 days of completing the intake form, your first month is free. This is subject to timely content and feedback from you — the clock pauses if we are waiting on materials from your end.
What booking systems do you support?
HotDoc, Cliniko, Halaxy, Nookal, and PowerDiary. If you use something else, get in touch and we will confirm compatibility.
Do you write the website copy?
We provide the page structure and section prompts. The more content you can supply — services, team bios, clinic story — the better your site will be. We do a first pass on copy structure; your input makes it shine.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel with 30 days notice. On cancellation, all site assets — code, images, and content — are handed over to you to do as you wish.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
We package up all your site files and hand them over. You can host them yourself or take them to another provider.
