If you're not sure whether something counts, ask, we'd rather clarify upfront than surprise you with a bill.

You don't need to commit to Unlimited Updates for a single request. A one-off Significant Change is $200, for things like a new page or restructuring a section, beyond a simple swap. Your regular text/image/link/contact info swaps still just count toward your 4 monthly updates. Worth knowing: if you end up needing two Significant Changes in a month, that's already more than the $50/mo add-on costs, so we'll flag it if that happens rather than let you overpay by staying one-off.

If your site is not live within 7 calendar days of us receiving your complete assets (logo, photos, practitioner bios, and brand colours), your first month is free. The clock starts when we have everything we need, not when you submit the intake form. We'll send you a clear asset checklist and confirm the exact start date by email so there is no ambiguity.
